Because our experiences are off the beaten path, Team Moose Tracks takes a very different approach to our social events and weddings. We put a very corporate-like lens on how we design both conceptually and logistically. In bucking with typical trends, we like to forge ahead with the unique and signature.

Our specialty in this realm is creating a thematic and conceptual approach while building the most impactful elements of the event or wedding off that. At the heart of it all, YOUR unique story.

To align best with our potential clients, we respectfully request the following:

​

• A minimum of a $200.00 per guest budget (an overall $30,000 minimum).

• A scheduled consultation with one of our team.

• A $500.00 non-refundable proposal fee that delivers both conceptual ideas as well as timelines, logistics and execution.  

  • The $500.00 is credited to your event should you choose to move forward with us.  

  • It also includes two sets of revisions based on your feedback and the guidance of our social events team.

  • Moose Tracks will present the most all-inclusive pricing possible.
